We are currently receiving a very large quantity of messages through our website, and it is taking around 10 working days to send a response. However, here are the answers to some frequently asked questions, which may save you having to wait!
Q) I’ve received a delivery and I've opened the box and it’s missing some pieces! What do I do?
A) Please follow this link to complete a Missing Items Request so we know all the details. Please do not use this form for making other enquiries or reporting missing orders - please use the contact form below for that.
Please note that we are in a very busy shipping period and we are unable to ship any missing items requests until the week commencing 5th January
Q) I’m waiting on an order I made through www.manticgames.com. When can I expect it?
A) You can check the status of your order by going to “My Orders
” in the “My Account
” section of the website. (You will need to be logged in to see this.) Once your item has been marked as “dispatched” there will be a couple of days wait as is goes through the postal system:

If your order has not been marked as “dispatched” after at least 5 Working Days, or your parcel has not shown up 28 days or more later after it was marked as dispatched, please contact us using the form below.
Q) I sent you an email / filled in an Order Query form / messaged you on Facebook / sent a message by flying monkey / etc. but I haven’t had a response. What gives?
A) There are many ways of contacting Mantic, the only way to guarantee a response is to contact us using the form below. This will go straight to our customer services team, who will respond to all messages in the order they are received (unless some investigation is required, in which case they will be sent as soon as we’ve found the answer). If you have already filled in the form, we will respond to you – please don’t send us another message to chase up a response, as it won’t be answered until after we've already answered the first one!
