Temporary Production Operative 


Based in our offices in Nottingham, the role of the Production is to efficiently produce high quality miniatures to meet the demand of the warehouse. Have hands on day to day involvement in all aspects of resin and metal casting with a focus on production. If required they will be involved in the other aspects of the casting process, such as in mould making and masterwork. They will also be involved in the archiving and storage of the ever growing back catalogue of masters and moulds and, if required, called to work in the warehouse at busy times. 



Including but not limited to: 

  • Work with the production manager to meet production targets. 

  • Ensuring the production of high quality resin and metal miniatures. 

  • Working consistently and with a high attention to detail to ensure the quality of the final product. 

  • Collation of components into products for delivery to the warehouse. 

  • Working with good practice and the SoPs to ensure efficient use of time and materials, adhering to Health and Safety standards. 

  • Helping out as required with other production tasks. 

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. 

  • Working, if required, in the warehouse during busy periods.  

Knowledge and Skills 

  • Ability to efficiently produce metal and resin master and miniatures to a high standard. 

  • Ability to understand and follow SoPs and Health and Safety requirements. 

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work consistently to a high standard. 

  • Ability to adjust to changing conditions to maintain product quality.
