Temporary Customer Service & Admin Operative (3 months)

We are now recruiting for someone to work in our warehouse, resolving customer service queries, and providing admin support to the warehouse team. We are a table top gaming company that designs, produces and sells a variety of products all over the world. Whilst a knowledge of table top gaming isn’t essential to the role, having a good basic understanding will be of benefit.

The key tasks include:

  • Answering and resolving customer queries through an online ticket system and on the phone.
  • Preparing orders for the warehouse team to be able to pack ready for shipping
  • Booking out orders ready for collection by couriers.
  • Keeping the online stock system accurately updated when orders are booked out.
  • Producing reports to support the rest of the business.
  • Any other reasonable tasks associated with delivery of great customer service

At times you will also need to help out with receiving and packing deliveries, it’s essential to have a flexible approach to your work, and be physically able to do this.

You will be dealing with a variety of tasks on a daily basis, planning your work to meet the changing & unpredictable demands of the business. You will need to deliver within target each and every time through fast and accurate work. Good communication skills with customers, colleagues and staff will help ensure you are efficient and effective.

As you’ll spend a lot of your time working on a PC you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office & have the ability to quickly gain knowledge on internal business systems. You’ll also be dealing with customer orders, and will need good mathematical skills.

This is a 3 month temporary contract based at our head office in Nottingham, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. As we develop and expand the business this may become a permanent position so this is a great opportunity for the right person to prove how they can help Mantic Games become a world leader in the table top gaming industry.
