The Role

Based in our offices in Nottingham, the role of Video Content Producer is to assist the Marketing teams in delivering fresh, exciting, online, offline, video and live streaming content.

You must have a thorough understanding of the technology required to set-up, develop and run new media channels for delivering gaming and hobby content for Mantic. You must be able to plan and organise (and sometimes host) online and live streaming activities in support of marketing campaigns and to establish regular content delivery – and therefore have a clear understanding for what gamers and hobbyists want. You must be able to edit video, podcasts and other media ready for publication.

It is absolutely essential that you can meet deadlines and plan your time effectively.


Including but not limited to:

  • Setting up, maintenance and ownership of all Media equipment, recording and publishing studio.
  • Plan and delivering new, regular and consistent podcasts, pre-recorded and live videos; streaming of games, painting and other hobby content to a variety of schedules (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc etc.).
  • Show quarterly growth in viewing figures and subscriptions to Mantic’s media channels.
  • Editing and publishing digital content using software such as Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effect.
  • Staging and taking any additional photography required by the studio and marketing teams. Editing of photos for production/release as required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience in creating, editing and publishing digital content.
  • Strong typographical, design and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines on multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Previous work experience within the gaming industry beneficial but not required.
