There is currently a delay in shipping mail orders out from the warehouse due to high volume. The delay is also affecting our ability to send out missing items in a timely fashion.
We are sorting through the backlog as quickly as we can and hope to have the mail order backlog cleared by the end of next week. We have also put extra staff on answering emails to ensure a quicker turnaround.
