Judgement - Covenant Faction Set
The Covenant is a vast, awe inspiring empire – an alliance of alien species united by faith, technology, and a shared pursuit of a divine destiny. To outsiders, they appear as a single, unstoppable force sweeping across the galaxy with graceful starships and devastating military power. The Covenant is more than a war machine – it is a theocratic union built on ancient belief, strict hierarchy, and the promise of a cosmic transformation known as The Great Journey.
Judgement is the third big-box expansion for Halo: Flashpoint, introducing miniatures for The Covenant as a fully playable faction for the first time.
Lead the Covenant
Command one of the most iconic forces in the Halo universe and bring the might of the Covenant to your tabletop battlefield.
The extensive miniature collection in Judgement introduces devastating new units and leaders, including:

The set also contains a selection of essential Covenant warriors, including a new Kig-Yar Sniper armed with a Beam Rifle, providing an impressive range of tactical options when building competitive Covenant fireteams.
A New Battlefield to Conquer
A Covenant force needs a human-held location to invade, and the new UNSC Firebase Entrance stands ripe for the taking!
This location marks the boundary between a secure installation and the untamed terrain beyond, with reversible designs that can be built as either UNSC or (for the first time) Forerunner structures.
Even better, the battlefield is designed to sit seamlessly alongside the Starter Set terrain and arena, giving players an easy way to expand into larger Big Team Battle games.
More Gameplay Content
‘The Great Journey’ booklet uses the fireteam building rules as listed in the main rulebook, enabling you to deploy the Covenant in Halo: Flashpoint. It also contains two new scenarios:
- Big Team Battle Scenario – Last Man Standing (Elimination) – balance survival, nerve and aggression in a tense fight to the death.
- Standard Scenario – Land Grab – test your wits in an area control scenario set amid a shifting battlefield!
The set also includes all the cards and tokens required to add the Covenant to your games of Halo: Flashpoint, plus Covenant faction-themed D8 and order dice that are exclusive to this set.
Cross-Game Content with Halo: Campaign Evolved – The Board Game
Judgement includes two bonus scenarios for the board game, where Master Chief will take on Mgalekgolo Hunters in exciting showdowns that expand the existing campaign mission list:
- Special Mission 1: The Beachhead
- Special Mission 2: Cartographer Antechamber
These bonus scenarios pit the Master Chief against fearsome Mgalekgolo Hunters, adding fresh challenges to your existing campaign experience.
Many of the Covenant miniatures included in Judgement can also replace standees from Halo: Campaign Evolved – The Board Game, instantly enhancing immersion and table presence with detailed 3D miniatures.
