Ho, ho, ho – well, it’s summertime so obviously Ronnie decided it was a good time to talk about Christmas!
🎵 And the elf at the back said ‘everyone attack‘, and it turned into a BarRoom Brawl… 🎵
That’s right – we’ve just launched our first-ever miniatures game in an advent calendar. If you want one (and of course you do!), make sure to pre-order it RIGHT HERE.
So where did this idea come from? Well, firstly we don’t think it’s ever been done before – so Mantic fans can get first dibs on a unique piece of gaming history. Secondly, it’s fantastic fun and perfect for the holiday period when we all gather round and enjoy each other’s company with gifts and games. Those two great ideas collided and here we all are!
In future any advent calendar games will probably be produced in plastic, however this time all 6 of the character miniatures will be in beautiful hand-cast resin. That makes BarRoom Brawl a simply brilliant deal and we will only have a limited number available!
Open a door every day from the 1st December, and you’ll have collected and assembled everything you need to play on Christmas Day. If you’re after a lovely self-contained project to enjoy, or even something simple to build and paint with the family then this will hit the spot! As a hobby game, some basic skills are required: these are nice easy resin miniatures that (after a quick rinse in a little warm, soapy water) just need trimming and gluing to their bases.
And what next? Well, the clue’s in the name because BarRoom Brawl is the festive fantasy game of tavern mayhem.
Can you get all your festive food and drink back to your table before the opposition? Don’t spill the drinks, avoid the competition, and remember to watch out for the bouncer…
And just check out the miniature sculpts! Well, two of them for now – we don’t want to spoil the surprise…
BarRoom Brawl is a brilliant holiday game for 2-4 players and contains those 6 hand-cast limited edition resin miniatures, plus TerrainCrate furniture and game board, instructions and all the counters and dice you need to play.
