Hey Folks,
With the Shadowed Horizons Global Campaign only a few weeks away and plenty of Slow Grow Challenges running around the world, we thought we’d share some of the fantastic “How To Play” resources from around the community. A perfect place for those that are keen to start their Kings Of War journey.
Community stalwart and organiser of this years Clash of Kings, Steve Hildrew, has created a series of videos that are full of invaluable information and a a prefect guide on how to play our great rank and flank game. His channel Death By Dragons has an “absolute beginners guide” that perfectly describes set by step how to get started with Kings Of War as well as a vast number of Battle Reports to watch.
Next up, you are going to need to make your army list, so let’s hand it over to our great friend Andy. Over on his channel BlackJack Legacy, he is deep into his Kings Of War Slow Grow campaign which you can get involved in by joining the group here. Andy runs a weekly live chat and is a brilliant resource for loads of Mantic’s games!
The good folks over at PlayOnTabletop put together an incredible series of videos last year. They showcased Ambush, a full Kings of War game and even a Siege Battle! We hope to work with the guys over in Canada again soon!
To round it off, our old favourite and long time supporter, Ash at Guerrilla Miniature Games, has been creating guides and playthroughs for Kings of War for many years. His Let’s Play series is brilliant and well worth a look!
