The Mantic Compendium – own a piece of Mantic history

21st Sep 2016

Rob Burman

You may have seen it pop up on our website and now you’re probably asking: “what’s the Mantic Compendium?” Well, it’s a 96-page publication that’s a mixture of fun articles, like a scenario for Dungeon Saga, a preview of Warpath, etc., and a good old catalogue… because who doesn’t want to see lots of minis?!

The Compendium harks back to the Mantic Journal (remember that?), which was a five issue mini magazine that looked at the beginning of Kings of War and Warpath. It’s back but now it’s bigger and better than ever! Well, what do you expect?

Mantic Compendium

In the Compendium you’ll find a section on each of our major systems and features on each race, army or team in those games. We’ve been asked so many times where people could see all the range (outside of lots of clicks on websites) so we have dedicated a few pages to every kit we have. Then there is a hobby article for each section, along with some rules insights or hobby tips. In issue two we’d love to add lots more hobby material – especially featuring the fantastic armies and forces we see on Facebook everyday day that have been painted by you.  So make sure you keep sending us those pictures!

Mantic Compendium

Because this is the first Compendium and we want as many people as possible to see it and enjoy it, we are offering it at some fantastic discounts to our retail stores and we are currently running a great offer over over on our website. If you place an order (excluding pre-orders) between now and October 20th that totals more than £50/$75/€75 you will get the Mantic Compendium for FREE!

Oh, and because I know a few of you (well quite a few of you) have collected Mantic points AND backed our Kickstarters (which means there’s not a huge amount to redeem your Mantic Points on) I have added the option to pick up the Compendium for just 25 Mantic Points… which means there really is no excuse not to get your hands on this piece of Mantic history.

Anyway please have a read and let me know your thoughts and what you’d like to see in issue two.

Best wishes,
Ronnie
