Noble Team: A New Standard in MasterCraft™
2nd Mar 2026
Dan Mapleston

They’ve been a long time coming, but Noble Team are finally here - and there’s a lot to dig into with this expansion.
Today we’re taking a closer look at the material that brings Noble Team to life, and what else you’ll find alongside them in the box. And on Friday, we’ll be talking all about one of the expansion’s biggest new additions: double‑mat games for Halo: Flashpoint.
For now, let's dive in...
Big Heroes, Fine Detail
Noble Team were always going to be a standout release. They’re iconic, instantly recognisable, and a perfect showcase for what Halo: Flashpoint miniatures can look like at their very best.
MasterCraft™ Resin first appeared in Halo: Flashpoint with our event‑special minis, Fireteam Phoenix, and those early casts showed us just how far the material could go.
We then used it for characters like Gunnery Sergeant Buck and Captain Dare. The results once again confirmed that this new resin was capable of delivering standout quality.
It holds incredibly fine detail, handles well during assembly and painting, and is ideal for standout miniatures like Noble Team or event prize models.
MasterCraft™ Resin is just perfect for special releases like this, and we’re excited to deploy it where it can really shine brightest. At the same time, new plastic sets are also in active development, and will continue to support the core of the Halo: Flashpoint range.
In summary, it's a phenomenal material to have in the 'toolbox' for bringing the Halo Universe to life, and we're thrilled with just how incredible Noble Team is going to look when they deploy onto your tables very soon!
Your Mission Loadout
In the Noble Team Expansion, you'll find not only the six members of Noble Team and all their cards, but some other important additions to level up your games of Halo: Flashpoint!
We'll touch on them lightly today, because we'll be back later in the week to cover them in more detail.
Expansion Content - including Double-Mat Rules & Scenarios
The Noble Team Expansion also includes a new booklet that introduces the squad and adds rules for Double‑Mat Games. If you've been waiting to scale up your battles into bigger engagements, but still with the same fast-paced and player-friendly mechanics as the core game - then you're in the right place!
To support these larger games we’re releasing a double‑sized Reach mat alongside the expansion, and we can't wait to reveal the double-size Halo: Flashpoint board that Cleric from Mantic HQ has been building. We'll be showing that off on Friday, along with how you can build your own at home - don't miss it.
New Interactive Scenery - Two UNSC Man Cannons
With more battlefield to cover, it felt like the perfect time to bring back a classic Halo experience: launching across the map and hurtling through the air towards the enemy or your objective. Behold....a pair of man cannons to accompany the new double-sized mat:
If you’ve ever launched across Valhalla or Narrows, then you already know how satisfying this is going to feel when the action heats up!
UNSC Quartermaster's Note: if you haven’t secured your Noble Team Expansion yet, we recommend doing so early. Halo: Flashpoint releases continue to move (very) quickly, and restocks can take time!
